Re: Cabin Replacement Program – Refund Update
Thank you for your patience. If you’re receiving this email, you and/or the primary on your reservation have decided to cancel your USC 2020 reservation through our Cabin Replacement Program.
This is just a heads up to let you know that we will commence sending out full refunds on October 8, 2020 to those that signed up for the Cabin Replacement Program. All refunds will be credited to the credit card on file. Once the refund has been executed, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your statement.
Please note that if you have an active or pending chargeback, we’re unable to issue your refund until the chargeback has been cancelled. To cancel the chargeback, simply contact the bank or payment provider through their website or by phone and send confirmation of cancellation to support@ubersocacruise.com with the subject line “CHARGEBACK CANCELED”. Once we receive confirmation that the chargeback has been cancelled your refund will be processed.
