1. Applicability & Validity:
   • Ubersoca Cruise (“USC”) Gift Cards are valid exclusively for use during USC 2025 Ocean’s 11 Edition.
   • Each Gift Card is valid for a single use only. Once applied to a USC reservation, the Gift Card will be deactivated.
2. Usage & Conditions:
   • Multiple Gift Cards may be applied to a single reservation.
   • If the total cost of the reservation exceeds the value of the Gift Card(s), the redeemer must pay the remaining balance at the time of purchase.
   • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase travel insurance, excursions, USC merchandise, or any other items during the cruise.
3. Payment & Refund Policy:
   • All Gift Card purchases are final, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, checks, or credit.
   • Ubersoca Cruise is not liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Replacement cards will not be issued.
4. Currency & Value:
   • Gift Cards are denominated in U.S. dollars.
5. Postponement of Cruise:
   • If USC postpones the cruise, the value of the Gift Card may be applied to the rescheduled cruise. No cash refunds will be provided.
6. Modification of Terms:
   • USC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes or additional terms introduced to improve clarity will be communicated as necessary.
7. Restrictions on Resale or Transfer:
   • Gift Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or the individual to whom the card was gifted.
   • Resale of Gift Cards is prohibited, and USC reserves the right to void any Gift Card suspected of unauthorized resale or fraudulent use.
8. Expiration Policy:
   • Gift Cards are valid only for the USC 2025 Ocean’s 11 Edition and will expire if not used for a reservation before the conclusion of that event.
9. Limitations of Liability:
   • USC is not responsible for errors in Gift Card redemption caused by technical malfunctions, system outages, or third-party services.
   • Liability for Gift Cards is limited to the monetary value loaded onto the card at the time of purchase.
10. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes related to the purchase shall be resolved in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
11. Fraud Prevention:
    • USC reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Gift Card suspected of being obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
12. Communication of Changes:
    • In the event of modifications to these terms, Ubersoca Cruise will communicate the changes via the contact information provided at the time of Gift Card purchase or through the official Ubersoca Cruise website.
