DAMM (Dat Aint Missing Me) is an exclusive pre-sale program  for Ubersoca Cruise 2025 guests, designed to ensure that loyal cruisers never miss out on our next sailing. By participating in the program, guests can secure their spot on the next Ubersoca Cruise by paying a deposit either while onboard the cruise or before the specified deadline.

DAMM Members are true soca enthusiasts who don’t care where, when, or how the cruise happens – they just know they have to be there!

How it Works:

  1. Complete online registration and pay $250 deposit for each guest in the registration (min. 2 people, max. of 6).
  1. Once we officially launch Ubersoca Cruise 2026, you will receive a priority e-booking link, Booking Token (access code) and booking instructions via email to book your preferred cabin ahead of general bookings.
  1. Once launched, DAMM RSVP Members will have 72 hours to complete their cabin reservation before bookings open up to RSVPs and the world at large.

Important Notes

  1. If you are the primary (the person who creates and controls the DAMM registration), please have handy the full name, DOB, citizenship, gender and unique email address of each guest prior to registering online. If your guest(s) have travelled on USC previously, please use the same email address to automatically pull their info and avoid duplicate profiles. If you are unsure of your guest(s) names, please tick the box labelled "will provide name later".
  1. ONLY THE INTENDEDPRIMARY SHOULD EXECUTE THE DAMM REGISTRATION. Additional guests can be added to each DAMM registration at the time of completing the sign up.

Ubersoca Cruise 2025 Room Share Program

At Ubersoca Cruise, we understand that traveling solo doesn’t mean you have to miss out on connecting with others. Our Room Share Program is designed to help solo travelers find a suitable roommate, making it easier to enjoy the ultimate soca experience at a more affordable rate.

How It Works
When you join the Room Share Program, we’ll pair you with a fellow cruiser of the same gender (M/F) who has also opted into the program. This is a fantastic way to meet like-minded soca lovers and share the fun of Ubersoca Cruise together.

Things to Know

  • Booking a Room Share: Opting into the Room Share Program can either be completed online or by contacting our Support Team at +1 585 488 0872 or [email protected].
  • Gender Matching: To ensure comfort and compatibility, we assign roommates based on the gender you identify with during registration. Please double-check your selection to avoid complications. If a mismatch is found, we’ll do our best to reassign you; however, if no appropriate room is available, your reservation may be canceled.
  • Roommate Etiquette: Sharing a room means creating a respectful and enjoyable environment for both you and your roommate. We encourage clear communication and mutual understanding to ensure a positive experience.
  • Program Flexibility: While we aim to make perfect matches, we cannot guarantee that roommates will have identical schedules, preferences, or habits. Your open-mindedness and adaptability are key to making the most of this unique opportunity.

Important Considerations
By participating in the Room Share Program, you acknowledge that Ubersoca Cruise is facilitating the pairing process but is not liable for any issues, damages, or disputes that may arise from sharing a room. We recommend reviewing our policies and considering your comfort level before opting in.

Tips for a Great Room Share Experience

  • Communicate early! Reach out to your assigned roommate before the cruise to discuss expectations.
  • Be considerate of shared space, schedules, and personal belongings.
  • Focus on what brings you together—the love of soca music and the unique vibe of Ubersoca Cruise!

If you have any questions or concerns about the Room Share Program, feel free to contact us at +1 585 488 0872 or [email protected] We’re here to help you make your Ocean’s 11 Xperience unforgettable!

Although there isn’t “really” a “last day” to book cabins for Ubersoca Cruise, rates and availability are not guaranteed until booked. We recommend booking early to guarantee the best rates and best cabin locations. Cruise rates increase closer to sailing! The sellout risk of any Ubersoca Cruise is extremely high.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!  If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

USC has teamed up with ITravel Insured to offer travel insurance to our passengers.

Written notice of your cancellation must be sent  by e-mail to [email protected].

If a flight or other delay for any reason prevents you from joining the cruise by the boarding time on the departure date, you will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit is applicable towards a future cruise. Please note that your decision not to travel due to State Department advisories or fear of travel will constitute a cancellation by you. No refund or credit will be given for any unused features or early departures for any reason.

No refunds will be given to those who do not board the ship on time, unused tickets, or after Ubersoca Cruise has occurred.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, USC offers guests within the same reservation the ability to split the cost between guests, and additionally offers subsequent monthly payment plans depending on when the reservation was created. If a guest (with payment responsibility within the reservation) cancels, regardless of the reason, that guest will be responsible for covering their entire balance at the time of cancellation. If that guest refuses to pay their outstanding balance, it then falls on the Primary to pay for the entire balance, alternatively, to reach an amicable plan with the remaining members of the cabin to cover the canceled guest’s portion either in full, or split the balance owed into monthly payments for the remaining members of the group.

If you or any of the guests within a reservation can find a replacement for the person canceling, we can honor a name change subject to a US$250 name change fee depending on when the request is made. Once the new guest is added, they will take over the payment responsibility from the previous guest and pick up where they left off, however, USC will not refund any previously paid portions to any guests regardless of the reason.

As a primary, if you are in a double occupancy room and your cabin mate cancels, they will be asked to pay their remaining balance or find a replacement at which time either party will cover the ‘name change fee’ of US $250. In the event that this guest refuses to pay off their balance, or find a replacement, the responsibility falls on the primary to find the replacement, pay the US$250 “name change fee,” or pay the double occupancy rate and remain in the room as a single occupant.

Please note that, as per the Terms and Conditions, Primaries cannot cancel out of the stateroom.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect yourself against financial loss due to non-refundable costs and fees due to unexpected cancellations and travel emergencies.

USC has teamed up with  ITravel Insured to offer travel protection.

Travel Insurance options will be presented in the booking path after you’ve booked your cabin.

Ubersoca Cruise strongly recommends that all of our guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel). Having a valid passport will enable you to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port in the event you miss your scheduled embarkation, or to fly back to the U.S. should you need to disembark the ship mid-cruise for any reason.

The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) stipulates the following information with regards to “closed-loop” cruises, which are sailings that originate and terminate in the same U.S. Port. Please note that this information could change at any time without notice.

U.S. Citizens (including children) taking “closed-loop” cruises will be able to enter or depart the country with either a valid U.S. Passport – or – Proof of citizenship, such as an original or certified copy of his or her birth certificate (or a ConsuMiamir report of Birth Abroad, or a Certificate of Naturalization), along with government issued photo identification, such as a State issued driver’s license.

Other acceptable forms of identification include:
• U.S. Passport Cards
• Enhanced Driver’s Licenses
• Trusted Traveler Cards (NEXUS, SENTRI, or FAST)
• Military Identification Cards (for members of the U.S. armed forces on official orders)
• U.S. Merchant Mariner Document (for U.S. citizens on official maritime business)
• Enhanced Tribal Card (where available)
Please note: Baptismal papers and hospital certificates of birth are not acceptable. Voter registration cards or Social Security cards are not considered proof of citizenship.

For more information, a complete list of WHTI-compliant documents or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov

U.S. Alien Residents need a valid Alien Resident Card. Non-U.S. citizens need a valid passport and a valid, unexpired U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa, if applicable.

Non-U.S. Citizens: You will need a valid passport and, in some cases, a visa. If you live in the U.S., you will also need the original copy of your Alien Registration Card (ARC or “Green Card”) and any other documentation the countries on your itinerary require due to your alien status.

If you are not a U.S. Citizen, please contact U.S. Immigration at 1-800-375-5283 to be sure your identification will be satisfactory for both entry into the U.S., and for the cruise. Citizens from the Visa Waiver Program countries will require a machine-readable passport valid for the duration of their voyage.

All guests must present the required documentation at embarkation. Guests without the required documentation will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued. Please understand that the cruise line will strictly enforce this requirement to be in compliance with this important U.S. Government mandate.

Ubersoca Cruise and the other Released Parties (as herein defined) assume no responsibility for advising you of immigration requirements. Non-U.S. citizens, including resident aliens, must contact the appropriate consulates, embassies and/or immigration office(s) to inquire about necessary documentation for the Cruise’s ports of call. Your name, as listed on your travel documents, must exactly match your name as listed on your Cruise documents.

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have the proper, valid documents to board the ship. Ubersoca Cruise is not responsible for denied boarding due to insufficient documents.

Prior to sailing, you’ll receive an email with your cruise line booking/reservation number and instructions on how to complete your online check-in and print your boarding pass. Each guest in your cabin will need to complete the cruise line’s mandatory online check-in at least one week prior to sailing. Your boarding pass is your “ticket” for boarding and must be printed and presented at check-in at the terminal.

1. To make sure the cruise line has your booking information correct, and that your name is spelled exactly as it appears on your legal documentation (legal first and last names only; middle names are not needed). If your name is not spelled correctly, you could be denied boarding without refund! Ubersoca cruise is not responsible if you are denied boarding. Please contact us immediately with any name corrections.

2. To print your boarding pass and e-documents. You need to present this upon check-in at the pier. Your Ubersoca Cruise Invoice is NOT your ticket for boarding.

3. To expedite check-in. Completion of the required information in advance greatly expedites check-in at the port. The faster you can get through check-in, the sooner your Ubersoca Cruise experience can begin!
